- Sales: What we call a BTA—Business Technology Advisor. Qualified candidates will possess experience in selling voice & data solutions to the enterprise. Including computer network systems and support, I.T. outsourcing, telephone systems, cabling, and connectivity. Compensation may include a base salary or be straight commission, PDA or Mobile Phone expense, and expenses. Commissions are paid based upon gross revenues not some arbitrary profit number, and once you win a client, it is your client to manage and receive commissions for your career.
- Engineers: What we call a BTC—Business Technology Consultant. Qualified candidates will possess experience in an enterprise environment, have a current MCSE, and have experience in Cisco and/or Adtran network infrastructure technology. Other beneficial experience may be specific proficiencies with Exchange, SharePoint, Cisco certification, I.P. Communications, and other technologies. Compensation includes a salary, PDA or Mobile Phone expense, and expenses.
